Ingredients
- 3 3/4 White Vinegar
- 3 Cups Sugar
- 3 tsp. Salt
- 4 1/2 tsp. Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. Mustard Seed
- 1/2 tsp. Pickling Spice
Method
- Mix and bring to boil.
- Slice Zucchini and onions thin.
- Pack Zucchini and onions in hot quart jars.
- Pour hot brim over and seal with hot lids.
