Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c. cooked and cubed turkey
  • 2 c. celery, diced
  • 2 c. unpeeled, cored and diced apples
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Mix turkey, celery and apples together in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise and yogurt; fold into turkey mixture.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon.
  • Serve on crisp lettuce and garnish with grated cheese if desired.
