Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. cooked and cubed turkey
- 2 c. celery, diced
- 2 c. unpeeled, cored and diced apples
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix turkey, celery and apples together in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise and yogurt; fold into turkey mixture.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Serve on crisp lettuce and garnish with grated cheese if desired.
