Ingredients
- 1 box cinnamon graham crackers
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 2 jars or cans pie filling (cherry or apple)
Method
- Line pan with cinnamon crackers.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and a little over half of the Cool Whip.
- Mix well.
- Spread over cracker layer.
- Pour pie filling for next layer, then a layer of Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
- Refrigerate overnight.
