Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 tsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
Method
- Fry sweet potatoes in hot oil in skillet until brown on both sides.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Add milk.
- Simmer on low heat until tender.
- Serve hot.
- Yield: 6 servings.
