Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple and juice
- 1 c. nuts
Method
- Mix all together good by hand.
- Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan, oiled and floured.
- Or it will make 2 (9-inch) layers.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
- Frost with cream cheese icing with nuts and coconut.
