Ingredients

  • 2 quarts vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/2 cup boysenberry jam
  • 1/2 cup peach jam
  • 2 cups granola
  • 2 cups puffed rice cereal
  • 1 (15-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 cup toasted coconut
  • 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Method

  • Divide the yogurt evenly among 3 bowls.
  • To 1 of the bowls of yogurt, add the strawberry jam, to the next add the boysenberry jam and the peach jam to the third bowl.
  • Mix until well blended.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Divide the remaining ingredients into individual bowls.
  • When you are ready to serve, line up some small glasses, the bowls of yogurt and the bowls of toppings.
  • Place spoons in each of the bowls and let your guests layer their own parfaits.
