- 2 quarts vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup boysenberry jam
- 1/2 cup peach jam
- 2 cups granola
- 2 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1 (15-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 cup toasted coconut
- 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Method
- Divide the yogurt evenly among 3 bowls.
- To 1 of the bowls of yogurt, add the strawberry jam, to the next add the boysenberry jam and the peach jam to the third bowl.
- Mix until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Divide the remaining ingredients into individual bowls.
- When you are ready to serve, line up some small glasses, the bowls of yogurt and the bowls of toppings.
- Place spoons in each of the bowls and let your guests layer their own parfaits.
