Ingredients
- 4 eggs, boiled and finely chopped
- 4 c. yellow squash, cooked and well-drained or 2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen squash, defrosted
- 2/3 c. minced onion
- 2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
Method
- In food processor, process squash until minced.
- Add eggs, onion and cracker crumbs to squash and process until well mixed. Set aside.
