Ingredients
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry instant yeast or 1 Tbsp.
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp. oil or melted oleo
- 3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Method
- Mix water, yeast, salt, sugar and egg and whip with wire whip. Add oil and flour.
- If using an electric mixer, it will be less kneading by hand.
- When dough is not sticky, oil and let set for about 30 minutes.
- Make out into your favorite rolls, buns, etc. Makes good cinnamon rolls.
- Can be refrigerated in airtight container for up to 3 days.
