Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Method
- Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
- Combine egg and sugar, then add milk, margarine and yeast.
- Mix well.
- Add flour, then mix.
- Cover in refrigerator.
- After mixture rises, drop in muffin pan and bake at 350° until golden brown.
