Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Method
- Combine sugar and water, stir; add yeast, stir.
- Add oil, stir. Add beaten egg, stir.
- Mix with flour.
- Cover and let rise 1 hour. Drop by spoon into small bowl of flour, form into biscuit.
- Put in greased pan.
- Bake at 350° until brown.
