Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 5 1/2 oz. can LaChoy chow mein noodles
- 1/2 c. chopped peanuts or cashews
Method
- Melt butterscotch chips in top of double boiler.
- Remove from heat.
- Quickly stir in noodles and nuts until they are evenly coated.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper.
- Chill.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Makes 3 dozen.
