Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 small pkg. medium width egg noodles

Method

  • Boil noodles and drain.
  • Brown meat with half the onion and 2 tablespoons green pepper.
  • Add tomato soup, water and mushrooms. Add remaining ingredients (including remaining raw onion) to drained noodles.
  • Place in greased casserole.
  • Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
