Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 2 bunches green onions
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. grated ginger
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Method
- Cut boned chicken into 1-inch lengths.
- Slice green onions into 1-inch lengths.
- Alternate chicken and green onions onto bamboo skewers.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken/onion skewers.
- Marinate for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Arrange 8 to 10 skewers on round glass plate or shallow baking dish for 3 to 4 minutes on High.
- Microwave remaining skewers as needed.
