Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed

Method

  • Cut boned chicken into 1-inch lengths.
  • Slice green onions into 1-inch lengths.
  • Alternate chicken and green onions onto bamboo skewers.
  • Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken/onion skewers.
  • Marinate for 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Arrange 8 to 10 skewers on round glass plate or shallow baking dish for 3 to 4 minutes on High.
  • Microwave remaining skewers as needed.
