Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless chicken breast
- 2 c. white wine
- 1 c. ReaLemon
- 1 1/2 sliced onions (medium size)
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Marinate chicken, wine, onion slices and lemon for 4 to 6 hours.
- Place chicken, wine, lemon and onion in a baking pan. Add salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350° until cooked (approximately 1 hour).
- Serve with excess marinade sauce.
