Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 8 c. lettuce
- 6 radishes, sliced thin
- 1 hard-boiled egg
Method
- Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble, reserving drippings. Add onions to drippings and cook until tender. Add vinegar, 1/2 water, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and bacon. Cook and stir until boiling. Pour hot dressing over lettuce; toss to coat.
