Ingredients
- 1 pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
- 1 c. sweetened craisins
- 1 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 3 celery ribs, sliced
- 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento
- 1/2 c. Sweet and Sour dressing
- 1 c. dry roasted peanuts
Method
- Prepare rice according to directions on the package and combine remaining ingredients. Add salad dressing and chill 2 hours.
- Add peanuts just before serving.
