Ingredients
- 1 c. wild rice
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1 c. celery soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- chicken
Method
- Wash rice well.
- Cover with water and cook with lid on for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Mix soup, milk and parsley flakes.
- Combine with rice and mix well.
- Pour into large, flat casserole.
- Place cut up chicken on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 300° for 3 hours.
- Remove foil for last 30 minutes to brown.
