Ingredients
- 2 whole ducks (1 1/2 to 2 lb. each; 3 to 4 lb. total)
- 4 white potatoes (2 lb.)
- 2 onions (1 lb.)
- 2 qt. water
- 4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. Texas Pete hot sauce
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Take ducks and split down backs.
- Put potatoes and onions in carcasses.
- Put salt and pepper on.
- Mix Texas Pete and Worcestershire sauce; put on ducks.
- Wrap all in aluminum foil; put in oven and bake for 8 hours at 250°.
- Will serve 3 to 4 people.
