Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 23 cup flax seed meal
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Beat eggs until fluffy.
- Add all other ingredients and mix gently.
- It's ok if it's a little lumpy.
- Heat griddle, and pour some of the batter on.
- Bake 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
