Ingredients
- 400g White Chocolate
- 80g Pistachio Nuts (shelled and unsalted)
- 80g Macadamia Nuts
- 80g Pink and White Marshmallows
- 80g Dried Cranberries
Method
- Melt the chocolate in a pyrex bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Add all of the other ingredients, stir well and distribute into a long narrow tin lined with greaseproof paper. Leave to set in the fridge before slicing with a sharp knife into chunky slabs of treat studded chocolate.
