Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. canned milk (evaporated)
- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
Method
- In saucepan, mix margarine, sugar and evaporated milk together and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add marshmallow cream and peanut butter.
- Beat until mixture begins to thicken.
- Pour into a lightly greased (margarine) 8 x 12-inch Pyrex dish.
- Cool before cutting.
- Serves 16.
