Ingredients

  • 100 g plain sweet biscuits, finely crushed
  • 12 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa, sifted
  • 12 cup icing sugar, sifted
  • 14 cup sultana
  • 14 cup irish cream
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • shredded coconut, to decorate
  • chocolate sprinkles, to decorate

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together into balls.
  • (Do not add the coconut and sprinkles at this stage these ingredients are to roll balls in).
  • Roll in coconut or choc sprinkles and refrigerate until set.
