Ingredients
- 2 breakfast wheat biscuits
- 2 bananas, chopped
- 60 g (2 1/4 oz/1/4 cup) vanilla soy yoghurt
- 500 ml (17 fl oz/2 cups) low-fat soy milk
Method
1. Put the wheat biscuits, banana, yoghurt and soy milk in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend or process until smooth.
