Ingredients
- 5 cups watermelon, seeds removed
- 3 to 4 tablespoons superfine sugar or to taste
- 2 to 4 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice (to taste)
- Ice cubes
Method
- Puree the watermelon, 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice in a blender.
- Taste and adjust the sugar and citrus juice if desired.
- Pour through a strainer into a large pitcher and drain without pressing the solids.
- Skim off any foam and serve over ice in tall glasses.
