Ingredients

  • 40 each Tuna steaks (4 oz. each)
  • 2-1/2 qt. KRAFT Signature Sun Dried Tomato Oregano Dressing
  • 20 each Vidalia onions, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1-1/4 cups olive oil
  • 5 gal. mixed salad greens
  • 20 each tomatoes, each cut into 8 wedges

Method

  • Pour dressing over tuna; cover.
  • Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
  • Cook onion in hot oil in skillet until caramelized, stirring occasionally.
  • Keep warm until ready to use.
  • Remove tuna from marinade; set aside.
  • Pour reserved marinade into saucepan.
  • Bring to boil; boil 3 minutes.
  • Grill tuna for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until tuna is tender to the touch (155F).
  • For each serving: Place 2 cups greens on serving plate.
  • Cut 1 tuna steak into slices; arrange in center of plate.
  • Surround with 4 tomato wedges.
  • Top with 1/4 cup of the caramelized onion and 2 Tbsp.
  • of the Rustic Style Cheese Spread.
  • Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
  • of the boiled marinade.
