Ingredients
- 6 ounces swiss cheese, grated, or slices cut up
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
Method
- In small bowl, toss cheese and flour.
- In small saucepan, heat buttermilk and cider.
- Add cheese and caraway seeds.
- Stir til melted.
- Keep warm while serving.
- Serve with chunks of rye bread for dipping.
