Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- bell pepper, chopped (about 1/2 pepper)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Cook rice. Cook meat and put together in skillet.
- Add pepper and soup; cook 10 to 15 minutes.
- Is also good to use steak strips or chicken in place of hamburger meat.
