Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter
- 1 c. whipping cream (1/2 pt.)
- 4 c. sifted flour
- 1 small pkg. yeast
Method
- Soften yeast in small amount of cream. Cut butter into flour with pie
- cutter.
- Add
- yeast to remaining cream and add to flour mixture.
- Let
- stand
- for
- hour.
- Roll
- out
- about 1/2-inch thick.
- Cut
- and
- dip
- in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake until golden brown at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
