- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can chili salsa
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 lb. chicken, cooked and boned
- 16 slices American cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. tortilla chips
Method
- Mix soups, milk, onion and salsa.
- Butter flat pan (cake size) and layer tortilla chips, then 1/2 the chicken, then soup mixture, then cheeses.
- Repeat layers and top with cheeses.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
