Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, cut into chunks and frozen overnight
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp milled flaxseeds
  • 1 maple syrup or agave nectar to taste
  • 3 small drops almond extract to make it even tastier!

Method

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
