Ingredients
- 2 lb. venison
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Pound the steak and coat with the flour and seasoning mixture. Heat skillet and add margarine and steak.
- Brown the steak and add the mushroom soup with 1 can of milk or water.
- Simmer until tender and gravy is thick.
