Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1/2 medium red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup thinly sliced stemmed shitake mushrooms
  • 4 green onions with tops, cut into 1/2-inch lengths
  • 1 Tbsp. lite teriyaki sauce
  • 2 frozen BOCA Grilled Vegetable Veggie Burgers

Method

  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 min.
  • or until crisp-tender.
  • Add teriyaki sauce; mix lightly.
  • Meanwhile, microwave burgers as directed on package.
  • Serve burgers over the vegetable mixture.
