Ingredients
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1/2 medium red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup thinly sliced stemmed shitake mushrooms
- 4 green onions with tops, cut into 1/2-inch lengths
- 1 Tbsp. lite teriyaki sauce
- 2 frozen BOCA Grilled Vegetable Veggie Burgers
Method
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add teriyaki sauce; mix lightly.
- Meanwhile, microwave burgers as directed on package.
- Serve burgers over the vegetable mixture.
