Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
- 4 flat thin deli rolls, split
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 16 thin slices seedless English cucumber
- 8 thin strips red bell pepper
Method
- Combine hummus and ranch dressing in bowl.
- Spread hummus mixture evenly among bottom halves of rolls.
- Top each with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices cheese, 1 tablespoon shredded carrot, 4 thin slices cucumber, 2 thin strips bell pepper and top half of roll.
