Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
  • 4 flat thin deli rolls, split
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 16 thin slices seedless English cucumber
  • 8 thin strips red bell pepper

Method

  • Combine hummus and ranch dressing in bowl.
  • Spread hummus mixture evenly among bottom halves of rolls.
  • Top each with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices cheese, 1 tablespoon shredded carrot, 4 thin slices cucumber, 2 thin strips bell pepper and top half of roll.
