Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. each chopped fine: cauliflower, celery, broccoli, carrots, olives and green peppers
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet.
  • Do not pull apart. Mash together.
  • Bake 11 minutes or as directed.
  • Cool.
  • Mix dressing, mayonnaise and cream cheese.
  • Spread on crust.
  • Top with chopped vegetables.
  • Mash into cream cheese.
  • Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
  • Chill (overnight preferred).
  • Remove from refrigerator and cut into squares.
