Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. each chopped fine: cauliflower, celery, broccoli, carrots, olives and green peppers
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet.
- Do not pull apart. Mash together.
- Bake 11 minutes or as directed.
- Cool.
- Mix dressing, mayonnaise and cream cheese.
- Spread on crust.
- Top with chopped vegetables.
- Mash into cream cheese.
- Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
- Chill (overnight preferred).
- Remove from refrigerator and cut into squares.
