Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (not the buttermilk variety)
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 (8-count) Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. each of chopped mushrooms, green peppers, red peppers, broccoli, cauliflower and radishes
Method
- Unroll the crescent rolls and press together at the seams on a large cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and spread evenly over crust.
- Mix vegetables and spread over the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle cheese over the vegetables.
- Press with hand, cut into squares and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
