Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (not the buttermilk variety)
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 (8-count) Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. each of chopped mushrooms, green peppers, red peppers, broccoli, cauliflower and radishes

Method

  • Unroll the crescent rolls and press together at the seams on a large cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool completely.
  • Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and spread evenly over crust.
  • Mix vegetables and spread over the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle cheese over the vegetables.
  • Press with hand, cut into squares and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
