Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 cucumber
- 1 c. celery
- 1 green pepper
- 1 envelope plain Knox gelatine
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1/4 c. boiling water
- 2 c. mayo
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Chop the veggies very fine and dry on a paper towel.
- Mix the gelatine and cold water and add the boiling water. Let gelatine cool.
- Do not let set hard. Add the mayo and salt to gelatine. Add the veggies. Very good!
