- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 12 cup cucumber ranch salad dressing
- 12 cup frozen tiny green sweet peas, thawed
- 14 cup seeded chopped cucumber
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 2 tablespoons minced red bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Method
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.
