Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) French green beans
- 1 (8 oz.) white Shoe Peg corn
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/2 c. cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- Stir all ingredients together and pour in baking dish.
- Cook for 1 hour at 400°.
- Crumble together butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over top and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
