Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. beef cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 6 c water
  • 1 pkg carrots peeled and diced
  • 6 stalks celery
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 2 med. onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • poultry seasoning
  • 4 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 stick butter

Method

  • In stock pot saute beef in 1/4 pound butter.
  • Add water, salt, pepper, garlic powder, bouillon cubes, poultry seasoning, and worcestershire sauce.
