Ingredients
- 1 (1 to 2 lb.) piece beef with bone
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 pkg. mixed broccoli, corn and red pepper mix
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. barley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cabbage
Method
- Add all ingredients, except barley to 2 quarts water.
- Cover and cook about 2 hours.
- Add barley; cook 1 more hour.
- Remove meat, shred and return to soup.
- Serve.
