Ingredients

  • 200 g of all purpose flour (which is roughly 1 cup & 1/2)
  • a handful of oats (petits flocons d'avoine) ( ~ 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 tbs of sugar (coconut, raw brown suger...)
  • coconut oil 1 over the top fench table spoon (~1/4 cup)
  • almond milk until desired texture of the dough
  • 1 tbs of chia seeds (optional)
  • peaches
  • soy cream
  • pre-heat oven at (200 C° = 392 F°)

Method

  • for the dough : in a large bowl mix the flour, the oats, the sugar and the chia seeds.
  • Add the coconut oil (you can melt it a little) and mix
  • add the almond milk a step at a time until getting a dough.
  • (optional) leave the dough in the fridge for 15 min to 30 min
  • "flour up" your kitchen counter and roll up the dough with a rolling pin
  • create up to 4 tartelettes or one big pie and fill your tin pan with the dough
  • with a fork make little holes in the dough
  • fil the bottom of the pie with a little bit of soy cream mixed with sugar
  • slice the peaches and fill your tartelettes
  • put in hot oven (200 C° = 392 F°)
