Ingredients
- 2 cups Mashed Bananas (around 2 Bananas)
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil (I Substituted Applesauce)
- 1/2 cups Soymilk
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cups Walnuts
Method
- 1. Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix your wet ingredients: bananas, oil, soymilk, and brown sugar.
- 3. Mix your dry ingredients in a separate bowl: flours, baking powder, baking soda, and spices.
- 4. Add dry ingredients to wet and blend thoroughly.
- 5. Add walnuts and chocolate chips to the batter.
- 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- 7. Cool to room temperature and store in cool, dry place.
