  • 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil (I Substituted Applesauce)
  • 1/2 cups Soymilk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cups Walnuts

Method

  • 1. Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Mix your wet ingredients: bananas, oil, soymilk, and brown sugar.
  • 3. Mix your dry ingredients in a separate bowl: flours, baking powder, baking soda, and spices.
  • 4. Add dry ingredients to wet and blend thoroughly.
  • 5. Add walnuts and chocolate chips to the batter.
  • 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • 7. Cool to room temperature and store in cool, dry place.
