Ingredients
- 2 cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. cheese, grated
- 1 to 2 c. cracker crumbs
Method
- Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs.
- Place in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
- Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
