Ingredients
- 600 g veal steaks
- flour
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 12 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 12 cup red wine vinegar
Method
- Beat out veal until of an even thickness.
- Cut into neat similar sized pieces.
- Lightly dust with seasoned flour, shaking off the excess.
- Heat oil in pan and add veal.
- Cook over high heat until golden brown all over.
- You may need to do this in batches.
- Add garlic and cook until lightly coloured.
- Remove pan from heat and add parsley and vinegar.
- Swirl around to make the sauce.
- Serve with mashed potato and greens.
