Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed
Method
- Cream margarine with sugar; add eggs one at a time while beating.
- Add 1/2 cup milk and beat thoroughly.
- Mix wafers, coconut and pecans.
- Add this mixture to batter.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325° in tube pan, which has been greased and floured.
- Serve hot or refrigerate.
