Ingredients
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 German chocolate cake mix, mix as directed
- 1 lb. box powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 stick oleo
Method
- Grease 13 x 9-inch pan well.
- Spread coconut and pecans over bottom of pan.
- Mix cake mix as directed on box.
- Spread on top of previous mixture.
- Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese.
- Add oleo and spoon on top of cake.
- Bake at 350° until cake pulls away from cake pan, approximately 45 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes and turn onto serving tray.
- Cool and serve.
