Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Method
- Combine sugar and drained pineapple in a heavy saucepan (reserve the pineapple juice for use in other recipes). Cook over medium heat until the mixture is very thick and pineapple is transparent. Cool mixture thoroughly.
- Gently stir the cooled pineapple mixture into whipped cream.
