Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream sugar and butter, gradually add flour, then remaining ingredients.
- Press into bottom and up sides of 11-inch tart pan. Prick bottom with a fork.
- Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until golden; cool.
