- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. finely minced onion
- 1 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1/4 c. minced pimento
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 c. minced, cooked turkey or possibly chicken
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (8 ounce.)
Method
- Cook lasagna noodles as per package directions, drain.
- Combine next 8 ingredients.
- Mix well and stir in turkey or possibly chicken.
- Spread about 1/4 of turkey mix in a slightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
- Next put a layer of noodles, then another 1/4 turkey mix and 1/3 of cheese.
- Repeat layers twice beginning with noodles and omitting last cheese layer.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered 10 min.
- Serves 8.
