Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. finely minced onion
  • 1 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1/4 c. minced pimento
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 3 c. minced, cooked turkey or possibly chicken
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (8 ounce.)

Method

  • Cook lasagna noodles as per package directions, drain.
  • Combine next 8 ingredients.
  • Mix well and stir in turkey or possibly chicken.
  • Spread about 1/4 of turkey mix in a slightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
  • Next put a layer of noodles, then another 1/4 turkey mix and 1/3 of cheese.
  • Repeat layers twice beginning with noodles and omitting last cheese layer.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
  • Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake uncovered 10 min.
  • Serves 8.
