Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. diced turkey
  • 1/2 c. ripe olives, pitted
  • Chow mein noodles

Method

  • Saute/fry onions and celery in butter.
  • Add in flour, salt, curry pwdr and crumbled bouillon cube.
  • Cook till bubbling.
  • Slowly add in lowfat milk.
  • Keep stirring till thickened.
  • Add in turkey and olives.
  • Heat a little longer and served over chow mein noodles.
